Here, the apartment complexes have tight interior loops, speed tables and permanently full lots, and Fowler Ave and Fletcher Ave are divided arterials with restricted turns, so placement is usually curbside at a complex entrance rather than inside the property — which is exactly the kind of thing worth mentioning when you call, because it changes what we send and when.
Worth being clear about: Florida has two census-designated places named University: this Hillsborough County one north of the University of South Florida, and another in the Manatee and Sarasota county area near Lakewood Ranch.
