Portable restrooms · Tampa Bay
Tampa, FL Porta Potty Rental
Standard and flushing porta potties, ADA units, hand-wash stations and climate-controlled restroom trailers — for job sites, backyards, festivals and everything the Tampa Bay calendar throws at a weekend.
What we do
Restroom rentals for a region that never quite stops working.
Tampa Bay runs on outdoor work. There is a slab going in somewhere off Big Bend Road at seven in the morning, a wedding on a lawn in Safety Harbor at five, and a festival closing three blocks of Seventh Avenue on Saturday. All of it needs somewhere for people to go, and none of it wants to think about it twice.
That is the whole job here. You tell us the site, the headcount and the dates. We tell you what to put there and what it costs, then we deliver it, service it on a rhythm, and come get it when you are done. No booking portal, no quote form that answers on Tuesday — (813) 437-9747 and a person.
Unsure of the count for your Tampa job? The unit calculator shows its working — it prints the arithmetic line by line instead of just handing you a number, so you can argue with it.

Who we show up for
Four kinds of phone call, most weeks.
Builders and site supers
Slab crews, roofers, road contractors and utility outfits from the Selmon widening jobs down to a two-truck remodel in Seminole Heights.
Backyard parties and block gatherings
Fifty people in a yard in Carrollwood, a graduation cookout in Riverview, a street party that closes one block of Ybor for an afternoon.
Weddings and receptions
Barn venues out past Thonotosassa, waterfront lawns on Old Tampa Bay, and anywhere the guest list outgrew one bathroom in the house.
Parks, schools and county work
Field days, 5Ks along the Riverwalk, ball tournaments, and the sort of county project that runs eight weeks and needs the same unit serviced every Tuesday.

Tampa unit math
Tampa job, party or parade setup: what porta potty count works?
Hillsborough job sites
OSHA 1926.51 requires a single toilet for Tampa crews up to twenty; for crews beyond twenty, one seat and one urinal go in for each 40.
Cookouts and openers
Most short Tampa events work at one unit for every 50 attendees, from a four-hour neighborhood cookout to a Little League opener.
Gasparilla-sized days
Parades, weddings with a bar and all-day festivals call for well beyond that ratio. Florida heat and humidity keep lines longer.
Access and hand-wash
Accessible units should reach 5 percent or more in a cluster, never under one. A storm-season porta potty rental works best with a hand-wash station alongside.
On location
The same units, six very different jobs.
Construction & Sitework
Placed where the crew is working, serviced on a schedule you do not have to chase.
Backyard & Block Parties
Enough units that nobody lines, dropped the day before and gone the day after.
Weddings
The trailer for the reception, standards behind the tent line, and a delivery window that misses the ceremony.
Festivals & Concerts
Bank placement, gate-side hand-wash, and mid-run pump-outs written into the plan.
Long-Term Placements
Months, not days — one rate, one service rhythm, one number to call.
Storm & Emergency
Strapped, pulled or replaced as the forecast moves; recovery crews first afterwards.
Tampa Bay heat and storms
Rentals that fit Tampa's wet summers
Afternoon thunderstorms
From June through September, storms roll in most afternoons, so set units on pavement or gravel and avoid low corners of a lot that hold water.
Gasparilla on Bayshore
The Gasparilla parade along Bayshore Boulevard each January draws huge crowds, so private parties nearby need units placed before the road closures.
Bridge-crossing windows
Deliveries crossing the Howard Frankland or Gandy into Pinellas move better mid-morning, so plan delivery windows for those jobs around commuter traffic.
Hurricane watch steps
When a hurricane watch is posted, units at open sites should be strapped down or picked up early, so call as soon as the forecast cone covers Tampa Bay.
Tampa Bay neighborhoods

South Tampa
Gasparilla parade crowds on Bayshore Boulevard and Hyde Park home renovations.

Commercial jobs near the mall and fast-growing neighborhoods along State Road 60.
Riverview
Rapidly expanding subdivisions along U.S. 301 and gatherings near the Alafia River.
Westchase
Planned-community events and remodel work near Linebaugh Avenue and the Veterans Expressway.
Temple Terrace
Hillsborough River parks and downtown redevelopment close to the USF campus.
Clearwater
Pier 60 events on Clearwater Beach and spring training at BayCare Ballpark.
Where we go
Routes out of Tampa.
We plan the day as runs rather than a radius, which is why a drop forty minutes out can be easier than one across town. Here is roughly how the week is shaped.

Questions we get before the first drop
Most of Hillsborough and Pinellas we can cover inside the same week, and a fair number of orders placed early in the day go out the next morning. What decides it is usually the run, not the distance — a drop in Brandon on a day the truck is already working the I-4 corridor is easy, and a one-off out past Wimauma may want a day's notice. Call and we will tell you the honest date rather than the flattering one.
You get one flat number on the phone that covers delivery, the rental period, the pump-out schedule and the pick-up. We ask three things — what the site is, how many people, and how long — and quote from that. There is no line-item surprise at the end and no fee for asking.
Weekly is the standard on a job site or a long placement: the tank is pumped, the interior is washed down, and paper, soap and deodoriser are restocked. Crews over about ten people, or a unit sitting in full August sun, are usually better on twice a week, and we will say so when we quote rather than after.
Both, and they are genuinely different jobs. An event drop is timed around your setup window, placed where the line will not cut across the party, and picked up the next working day. A job-site placement is about putting the unit where the crew actually is and keeping it serviced for months. Tell us which one you are running.
Units get strapped, ballasted or pulled depending on where they sit and what the forecast is doing. Anything on open ground near the water — Apollo Beach canals, the Courtney Campbell side, low ground off Bayshore — comes out ahead of a surge warning. After the system passes we work the recovery jobs first, because that is when the crews need them most.
Not usually. Most placements happen off a pin, a gate code and one sentence about where you want it. What we do need is honesty about the approach — a soft sand shoulder, a low oak limb, an HOA that will not allow a unit visible from the street. Those are the things that turn a ten-minute drop into a wasted trip.
